OLPC OS
One Laptop Per Child (OLPC) è una iniziativa per costruire un portatile a basso costo con un sistema operativo preinstallato e con applicazioni designate per i bambini dei paesi in via di sviluppo. Viene usata una versione parecchio rimaneggiata di Fedora Core con l’aggiunta dell’interfaccia grafica Sugar.

- remove Simple-English-Wikipedia on XO-1.5 to fit into 2GB limit for some models,
- add forward and back buttons in help view,
- display activity instance title in join requests,
- show wireless locked networks more clearly,
- add wireless forget button in neighbourhood view,
- fix spacing of My Settings, About me, age picker,
- wireless password visibility toggle,
- remove discarded favourite networks from neighbourhood view,
- use IEC 80000-13:2008 and IEEE 1541-2002 standard units for memory and disk space.
