Ubuntu GNOME

Ubuntu GNOME (nota anche come Ubuntu GNOME Remix) è una distribuzione Linux basata in modo ufficiale su Ubuntu di Canonical e utilizza il desktop environment Gnome. E’ pensata per chi vuole un puro desktop Gnome pur attingendo ai repositori di Ubuntu.

• GNOME Shell 3.16
• Majority of GNOME 3.16 applications
• GNOME Getting Started Guide. Runs on first login.
• Shotwell replaced with GNOME Photos
• GNOME Music is installed by default
• Updated Bluetooth stack (BlueZ 5)
• Support to use syncevolution with GNOME Online Accounts (GOA)
• Adwaita Dark Theme support for Ubuntu Software Centre
• New Ubiquity Slide Show
• New logo

• Experimental wayland session is now available. Install gnome-session-wayland and then select “GNOME on wayland” from login screen (Only works with OSS GPU drivers).
